Steyning is a historic 15^th century market town in West Sussex which is situated in the beautiful South Downs National Park. It has a vibrant community of around 6,000 people and an interesting high street where there are a variety of facilities including four public houses, many boutique shops, post office, cafés, an Italian restaurant and local estate agents.

The town also houses a small leisure centre which has a gym and swimming pool, a cricket club, an all-weather football pitch, a community centre with park and outside gym, a modern health centre, a public library, various churches, and the Steyning Museum. There are well respected Primary and Secondary schools next door to each other, plus various nursery and toddler groups.

For the social and creative person, there are many clubs and associations which cater for every kind of pastime, plus an annual May Fayre and Christmas Late Night Shopping Event and the Bi-Annual Steyning Arts Festival, which showcases the town’s wonderful local artistic talent.
