Selling your property can be daunting task, so we have designed a service to help you get ‘ready to market’.

 

We have designed extra packages that not only include helping you to prepare your property but also gives you help with the starting steps in clearing and sorting your property ready for moving.

 

Ella Spiller our Senior Sales Consultant has a proven background in window and store dressing for Next & Laura Ashley and also has a qualification in Interior Design. In addition, she has gained vast experience in refurbishing her own properties. She is a safe pair of hands you can rely on to advise on the best action needed to successfully sell your property. Our Proprietor Benjamin also has a vast knowledge of property selling and some work experience in building work as well as recommended trades people to use.

 

The services we offer include:

Advice Service:

• Full report - indicating any minor works required to help achieve the best price, de-cluttering advice, moving furniture to give the best aspect for each room.

• Help in getting/negotiating quotes from trades people for any works required

 

From £150.00 – dependant on work required and size of property.

 

 

Full ‘Ready to Market’ Service:

• Full report - indicating any minor works required to help achieve the best price, de-cluttering advice, moving furniture to give the best aspect of each room.
• Help in de-cluttering rooms ready for moving
• Some light redecorating and or cleaning if needed
• Arranging and taking care of trade work to be carried out
• Dressing each room to make sure it photographs to highest standard for marketing purposes
• Open house ‘staging’ which could include the loan of seasonally filled planters and other accessories that could be used to enhance the appeal of a property to buyers both internally and externally.
