Benjamin Frankling
Benjamin Frankling – Began his career in estate agency in 2010 and has gained experience with independent and corporate estate agencies throughout Sussex. He joined Osborn Humphreys as a Senior Sales Negotiator in 2013 and quickly progressed to the position of Branch Manager. Benjamin has now taken over from the former owner Stuart Osborn. Statement: Having been brought up in Steyning and attended the local schools, I have a passion for the local area and to succeed in selling local properties and being part of the preservation of this beautiful historical town.
Janet Hammond
Janet Hammond – Has been in the estate agency industry since 2003 when she moved to Steyning from Cumbria. She joined Osborn Humphreys (Osborn Frankling) in 2006. Her three children all attended Steyning Grammar School. In her spare time she looks after her two grandchildren, attends the local gym, she also loves eating melon and complaining about being cold! Statement: I love living and working in Steyning it is such a beautiful town as are its surroundings. I am very lucky to be able walk through the Cricket Field on my way to and from work. I do frequently moan about being cold!
Ella Spiller
Ella joined the team in 2020 and has had a varied career before coming to Estate Agency. She has extensive experience in both administration, personnel and customer service roles which range from local government and school administrative positions to jobs in retail sales management and some years as a visual merchandiser and window dresser. Ella has lived with her family in Steyning for 16 years and has two children who both attended Steyning Primary and Steyning Grammar. She has a Post Graduate Diploma in both Business Management & Interior Design and has spent 10 years lovingly renovating a Victorian Cottage in Steyning with her husband. She loves walking, swimming, gardening and mindful meditation. Statement: I love living in Steyning! It’s proximity to the beautiful downs and the Sussex coastline means we have the best of both worlds to enjoy. The local community was very welcoming when we moved here in 2004 and we loved the fact that our children could grow up with more freedom and safety than perhaps they would have had in London. Now they are grown my husband and I have a bit more time to ourselves and aside from running his local computer business we love to regularly walk all over the area, travel and take part in local quizzes with a team of friends who are very competitive!
Bodhi Frankling
Bodhi Frankling – Is one of our newest and definitely the cutest member of the team. He is loved by everyone who meets him, and has extensive local knowledge of Steyning Cricket field.
