In order to protect You, our client, we have a robust financial qualification process, whereby we recommend that all our prospective buyers have a “No, Obligation” conversation with a recommended Mortgage Broker. We will then have a better understanding of your prospective buyers financial position.  

 

 

We also check all finances including evidence of deposits, gifted deposits and seeing agreements in principle from the mortgage lenders. We do not take a property off the market without seeing all of the above and running every client through our Creditsafe System which checks Anti-Money Laundering in accordance with Government standards.
